Eligibility: The "Revealing Beauty Solutions" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia, age 21 or older at time of entry. Void in AK, HI, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Real Simple Magazine, a division of the Time, Inc. Lifestyle Group ("Sponsor") and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Entry: There are 2 ways to enter. Method #1: visit www.realsimplerewards.com/headandshoulders and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on October 9, 2009, and 11:59 PM ET on November 16, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor's privacy policy. Limit: One (1) online entry per person and email address per day. Multiple online entries received from any person or email address in any day will be void. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Method #2: mail a postcard, including your name, complete address, telephone number, and date of birth, with proper postage affixed to: The "Revealing Beauty Solutions" Sweepstakes C/o The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co, 625 Panorama Trail (Bldg. 2, Suite 100), Rochester, NY 14625. Enter as often as you wish by mail, however, each postcard must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between October 9, 2009, and November 16, 2009, and received by November 21, 2009. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries or entries that have been altered or tampered with, or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are not eligible and will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Prizes/Values/Odds. There will be two thousand (2,000) prizewinners, each of whom will receive a sample of Head & Shoulders® Dandruff Shampoo and Dandruff Conditioner.

Odds of winning are approximately 1:300.

Random Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period on or about November 30, 2009 at the offices of The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding. Prizes will be mailed via U.S. mail to the home address provided on winner's entry form within 4 - 6 weeks of winner determination.

General Prize Conditions. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local taxes, if applicable. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize(s) being offered, except that each prize shall be subject to its provider's standard warranty (if any). Entry and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter devised, including online posting, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

General: Entrants agree to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company and the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and (ii) release the Sponsor, prize provider, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (collectively, "Released Parties") from all claims and liability relating, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and use/misuse of a prize. Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries or mail; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules or has acted in a unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner (and void all associated entries); and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes) or terminate the Sweepstakes in its entirety, and (i) if only online method is withdrawn, to select winners from among all non-suspect eligible online entries received prior to withdrawal and all mail-in entries received for the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period combined, and (ii) if Sweepstakes is terminated in its entirety, to select winners from among all non-suspect eligible entries received prior to termination.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
