Made-By-You Margaritas
- 1 lime
- 2 pints choice of sorbet
- Tequila
- Ice
- 1/4 cup salt or sugar
Self-Serve Station
- Tortilla chips
- Assortment of salsas, such as Newman's Own Mango Salsa and Newman's Own Farmer's Garden Salsa
- Tortilla wraps
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped onions
- Chopped peppers
- Sliced tomatoes
Grilled Chicken Paillard with Mango and Lime Salsa Wraps
- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breasts, pounded flat (or sliced thin)
- Newman's Own Mesquite with Lime Marinade
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 8 tortilla wraps
- Chopped lettuce
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Newman's Own Organic Cilantro Salsa
Preparation
- 1. Clean chicken breast and place in a bowl with enough marinade to coat generously. Let stand at least one hour, turning occasionally.
- 2. Cut mangoes into cubes and place in a bowl. Add chopped red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Let stand so that the flavors coalesce.
- 3. Grill chicken paillards.
- 4. Chop chicken then mix with mangoes.
- 5. Roll three spoonfuls of chicken, lettuce, and cheddar cheese into a wrap and pin together with a toothpick. Drizzle Newman's Own Organic Cilantro Salsa on top.
