Salad
- Mesclun lettuce

Flying Teriyaki Pork Chops
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 15-17 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 center cut boneless pork chops, half pound each
- 1 bunch of scallions
- 1/2 cup Newman's Own Teriyaki Marinade
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
Preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°.
- 2. Clean scallions and cut into one-inch lengths. Peel and mince ginger.
- 3. In bowl, add teriyaki marinade, ginger, scallions, mustard, and honey. Mix well and then coat pork chops generously.
- 4. Transfer to baking pan and cover with aluminum foil, baking for approximately 15 minutes (depending on size of chops). If desired, uncover and brown under the broiler for an additional 2 minutes. Serve with rice and juices from the pan.
Wild Mushroom Pasta
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Assorted mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup Newman's Own Lemon Pepper Marinade
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt and Pepper
- Pasta of choice
Preparation
- 1. Boil water for pasta.
- 2. Clean and cut mushrooms into chunks.
- 3. In a hot skillet, heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms. When half way cooked, add chicken stock and Newman's Own Lemon Pepper Marinade. Saute until mushrooms blend; add flour to thicken sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Mix in a bowl with pasta.
