Eligibility: The Real Simple "Cleaning Essentials" Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (U.S.), age 18 or all older at the time of entry. Void outside the US, in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Real Simple, a division of Time Inc. Lifestyle Group (the "Sponsor") and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Entry: Visit http://twitter.com/RS_Offers and follow @RS_Offers. To participate you must Tweet a message containing your best cleaning routine tip with the hash tag #CloroxWipes. Tweets must be received between Friday, August 20, 2010 at 12:01am Eastern Time (ET) and Friday, September 17, 2010 at 11:59am Eastern Time (ET), (the "Entry Period"). If a Tweet is more than one post in length it will be considered as one entry with the first post considered the entry. Participating Tweets must contain a cleaning routine tip and the hash tag #CloroxWipes in order to be eligible. Due to the privacy settings of individual participants, not all Tweets may be viewable by all @RS_Offers followers. Any Tweets using the hashtag #CloroxWipes tweeted by @RS_Offers, @Real_Simple and @Clorox will not be counted as an eligible Tweet and therefore will not be included in the daily Tweet count. The decisions of @RS_Offers are final and binding on all matters relating to determining eligibility of Tweets. In addition to prizes listed below, all entries may be considered for potential inclusion in a future Clorox^® advertisement. Limit: one entry per Twitter Account and/or email address per day. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of All Prizes is: $2,030.00

Prizes/Value/Odds: There will be twenty-nine (29) Daily Prizes each consisting of a Cleaning Essentials Prize Package which includes Clorox^® cleaning products, a cleaning caddy and accessories as well as a copy of the Real Simple Cleaning book. TOTAL ARV of each Daily Prize: $70.00.

Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received, but is estimated at 1:10,000.

Winner Notification: Each day during the Promotion Period, the participant whose Tweet is the twentieth (20th) eligible Tweet received by @RS_Offers during that day will be the potential Daily Prize Winner. If fewer than 20 eligible Tweets are received in any day, the participant whose eligible Tweet is the final entry received that day will be considered the potential Daily Prize Winner. If no eligible Tweets are received during any day, the Prize for that day will not be awarded.

If you are a potential winner, @RS_Offers will direct message you at your Twitter account that tweeted the winning Tweet to let you know that you are a Winner.

Potential winners will have one (1) week to reply and provide a valid mailing address in order for @RS_Offers (as defined herein) to mail you the Prize. Anyone who does not reply with their mailing address within the specified time period will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. By emailing your mailing address to @RS_Offers, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms").

The prizes will be awarded within approximately 6-8 weeks after all winners are verified.

Prize Conditions: If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian.
